TUESDAY: Expect mainly sunny skies through the day amid a calmer wind situation so we won’t add insult to injury like Monday. Highs will top out in the lower to middle 50s. Another hard freeze will come through into early Wednesday as lows drop into the 20s again.
WEDNESDAY: Morning sunshine to warm temperatures from the deep freezer early to the 50s to near 60 by the afternoon hours. Clouds will gradually increase late in the day – eventually leading to chances for rain to emerge overnight as lows drop to the upper 30s and lower 40s.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Thursday’s developing system sneaks over the area with not much fanfare - rain chances will remain elevated Thursday with highs in the 50s. Skies slowly clear throughout Friday, leading to a mostly sunny weekend, but cooler than average temperatures will remain with highs in the 50s and lows near freezing.
