WEDNESDAY: A nice way to move through mid-week - transient high pressure will edge east through the day – generally, a nice weather day still to be expected. Expect highs to top out in the lower to middle 70s amid mostly to partly sunny skies. Clouds will gradually increase overnight with lows in the 50s to near 60°.
THURSDAY: A cold front will approach the region through the day, bringing with it a chance for rain and yet another cool down. The morning commute should remain dry - though rain chances will begin to increase through the latter half of the day. Ahead of the front, temperatures will top out in the lower 70s. Temperatures will begin to ease down behind the front – into the 40s by early Friday.
EXTENDED FORECAST: In the wake of the cold front, temperatures will stay in the 50s as skies gradually clear through Friday. We’ll slip to near freezing by early Saturday morning. The weekend will feature mostly sunny skies with highs in the 50s Saturday, 60s Sunday. Another front will approach the region by Monday, knocking highs back into the 50s before a cold blast moves in by mid-week; highs may struggle through the 40s by Tuesday.
