THURSDAY: In the wake of our second June ‘cool front’ in a week, humidity levels will remain in check again as we head through the day. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs rebounding to the lower to middle 80s after starting off in the lower 60s. We’ll turn cool and clear overnight as lows drop into the 50s by early Friday.
FRIDAY: A cool start to the day in the 50s will give way to the highs in the 80s by the afternoon hours. High pressure will hold over the region, keeping clouds away and sunshine in full force. Humidity levels will stay in check through the morning hours, but quickly return through the afternoon and evening hours.
EXTENDED FORECAST: High pressure moves farther east, pulling moisture in from the Gulf of Mexico, quickly turning muggy and hot. Highs will rocket back to the upper 80s and lower 90s, overnights in the lower 70s with scattered showers and storms will be possible by the weekend and early next week.
