TUESDAY: Sunshine re-emerges amid a chilly start to the day down in the 30s. A nice rebound will push highs in the middle to upper 60s, which is still below normal, but a start of a warming trend through the rest of the week. Lows will dip into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
WEDNESDAY: The majority of Wednesday will feature sunshine mixing with a few clouds – again, we’ll remain dry with highs rebounding from humble beginnings in the upper 30s and lower 40s to the lower to middle 70s by the afternoon.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Thursday starts a parade of storm systems that will march across the region through the latter half of the week and into the upcoming weekend. A few of the storms that move through late Thursday could be strong to severe, wind and hail being the primary threats. We’ll monitor that through the next few days. Timing each system will determine when rain chances will increase; outside of that, expect variably cloudy skies with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
