Another Alert Day due to very cold weather tonight into Monday morning. Quickly falling below freezing tonight, leading to 10-12 hours of sub freezing temperatures. Lows plummet to the low and middle 20s.
Fortunately, a nice warrmup for Martin Luther King Jr Day tomorrow. Highs return to the middle 50s along with lots of sunshine.
Out next storm system arrives Wednesday bringing a round of rain; in fact much of the day will feature a soaking, widespread rain. Another blast of cold air blows in here over the second half of the week and into the weekend. Looks like Winter is here to stay for a while!
