TUESDAY: A quiet day overall, similar to your Monday – expect zones of fog to start off, lifting by mid-morning. Outside of that, expect mostly to partly sunny skies with highs pushing back into the lower to middle 80s. Overnight, partly clear skies and a southerly breeze will keep temperatures warmer, in the 60s.
SPOOKY HALLOWEEN?: For the majority of your Wednesday, the weather will just be warm and breezy. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs pushing into the lower and middle 80s. Winds will get aggressive, with gusts pushing 20-30 mph. A few storms may flare up during the afternoon hours; while many of the “trick-or-treat” hours, remain quiet and dry. After 10-11 PM, storm chances will begin to go up from west to east as cold front pushes into the area.
THURSDAY AND BEYOND: Storms will likely impact the region through the start of Thursday; some of which could be strong to severe. The main risk coming from strong winds and localized flooding, but a brief spin-up tornado and hail can’t be ruled out. We advise everyone remain weather aware through Thursday morning. As the front pushes through, the temperatures will drop out too. 80s will transition to 60s for highs to round out the work week. Our next chance for showers won’t re-emerge until early next week.
