WEDNESDAY: Sunshine will be out in full throughout much of the day as high pressure builds overhead. Expect temperatures to push into the 80s to near 90° as drier air filter in from the north. Lows will drop into the middle to upper 60s.
THURSDAY: Expect a nearly carbon copy of your Wednesday for Thursday – mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 80s to near 90°. Another puff of drier air will push in through the latter half of the day, that will help to push lows into the middle 60s by early Friday morning.
EXTENDED RANGE: High pressure will eventually begin to ease a little farther east, bring southerly winds back into the fold. This will lead up to a few isolated storms into the weekend and early next week. An upper ridge will shift over the region to help mitigate a huge upward surge in rain chances; though August heat and humidity will return with highs in the lower to middle 90s.
