THURSDAY: A quiet day as a puff of drier air pushes over the region, keeping humidity levels will remain ‘in check’ as temperatures make their way toward the middle 90s amid mostly sunny skies. We’ll remain dry and quiet overnight with lows close to 70°.
FRIDAY: Sunshine will prevail for to round out the work week. Temperatures will creep a little higher into the middle 90s. Humidity levels won’t be off the charts yet, but there will be a change for the muggier by the day’s end. Feels like temperatures will top out closer to 100°.
WEEKEND AND BEYOND: The upper pattern will turn more favorable for moisture to return into the region by the end of the weekend ahead. By Saturday, a few showers and storms may pop up, though better chances will come along with a sluggish front that will help increase rain chances by Sunday and into next week. Temperatures will also take a hit, dropping into the 80s by mid-week.
