MONDAY: The typical June pattern continues as we roll into the start of the new work week. Expect a mix of sunshine and clouds with highs making their way into the lower 90s. Feels like temperatures will push closer to 100-105°, thanks to the added humidity. A few pop-up storms will be possible through the afternoon; quickly subsiding after sunset with lows in the 70s.
TUESDAY: More summer heat and humidity expected with highs right back into the lower 90, feeling closer to 100-105° with the tropical air flowing in from the south. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with pop-up showers and storms by the afternoon hours.
EXTENDED RANGE: The lather, rinse and repeat cycle will be in full effect over the next few days. A disturbance will pass north of the region by Thursday and Friday, helping to bring an uptick in rain chances to the area these days. Outside of that, expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the lower to middle 90s; feeling closer to 100-105° each day – also each day featuring a chance for a few storms.
