Mostly cloudy today with the possibility for a brief passing shower. Temperatures remain cooler than average with highs in the upper 60s to lower 60s.
Additional hit and miss showers arrive Tuesday, but certainly not an all day type of rain. Any shower that does develop will be light and won't last long.
A warming trend kicks in Tuesday into Wednesday; afternoon temps reach the 70s both days. Our next storm system moves in Thursday morning, bringing the potential for heavy downpours and a few strong storms.
For this weekend, clearing and pleasant.

A soaking rain on this Sunday morning... A steady rain will continue throughout the morning, then taper down to showers after lunch time; totals will range between 1 and 2 inches. The severe threat is low, but we can't rule out some gusty wind embedded within the rain shield. Fortunately, the rain is helping to stabilize the atmosphere, limiting the severe potential.
For next week, a few hit and miss showers with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s and lows near 50.
