THURSDAY: Rain showers are all but finished for the day - though an isolated shower can't be ruled out for the latter half of your day. For much the day, expect variably cloudy skies with highs in the 60s to near 70°. A few wayward showers can't be ruled out into the afternoon. Clouds will break up a bit overnight as low dip into the 50s.
FRIDAY: Another weak disturbance may drop into the region Friday afternoon, bringing another chance for widely spaced showers. Highs will rebound slightly, into the lower to middle 70s, amid a mix of clouds and sun.
WEEKEND AND BEYOND: High pressure will build in for the upcoming weekend, finally ending our recent string of wet weekend weather. Expect sunshine and warm temperatures; upper 70s Saturday; nearing 80° on Sunday. As high pressure begins to move farther east, moisture will begin to return – bringing a few more clouds in the skies and the option for a few isolated storms through mid-next week. Highs will head upward - into the lower and middle 80s through mid-week.
