TUESDAY: A pesky area of low pressure will continue to pinwheel clouds around the region; though occasional breaks are possible. Highs will top out in the 70s for most. The low begins to exit overnight – lows will drop off into the 50s by early Wednesday.
WEDNESDAY: Sunshine will be back to mix with a few clouds – overall, not a bad day. Temperatures will sneak their way into the middle and upper 70s by the afternoon. A weak disturbance will bring a chance for showers during the overnight as lows drop into the middle and upper 50s.
LATE WEEK: Shower chances will remain elevated through Thursday – but severe weather isn't anticipated. Temperatures will remain stifled a bit; mainly in the 60s to near 70. Another weak disturbance may drop into the region by late Friday, bringing another chance for a few showers – though highs will rebound slightly, into the lower 70s.
WEEKEND AND BEYOND: High pressure will build in for the upcoming weekend, finally ending our recent string of wet weekend weather. Expect sunshine and warm temperatures; middle 70s Saturday; nearing 80° on Sunday. As high pressure begins to move farther east, moisture will begin to return – bringing a few more clouds in the skies and the option for a few isolated storms by early next week.
