Harvey is a weakening tropical storm early this morning, and will soon become a depression. Serious flooding is ongoing in East Texas, including Houston and the I-10 corridor; conditions will continue to worsen over the coming days. For Mississippi, nothing serious in terms of flooding or impacts from Harvey. We will have to dodge occasional showers today with showers along with a few storms well into next week. Otherwise, more clouds than sun with below average temperatures; highs hold in the lower to middle 80s.
