A warm Spring afternoon. Temperatures remain above average with highs in the low to middle 80s; a few hit and miss showers are possible, but nothing widespread.
Our next significant system arrive late Wednesday night into Thursday, bringing the potential for some strong to severe storms capable of producing gusty wind, large hail, heavy rain, and a brief spin up tornado; the greatest severe risk will remain to our north and west, but still something to watch closely around here.
Improving weather Friday into the weekend as temperatures back down slightly. A few showers are possible late Sunday, but as of now, we expect the more widespread rain to hold off until Monday.
