More active weather ahead for Mississippi. Scattered storms are developing this afternoon. Some storms will become strong, capable of producing gusty wind and large hail that could reach severe limits. For Central and South Mississippi, the overall severe threat is minimal, but higher over the northern half of the state.
TIMING: Primary time frame is now until 10pm, although storms will decrease in coverage and intensity after sunset. It will not rain/storm everywhere that entire time, but expect a passing storm at any point.
