A warming trend begins Friday in advance of a storm system that will impact the state this weekend. Scattered showers develop Friday afternoon, then a line of storms arrives Saturday night; some severe storms are possible with the potential for damaging straight line wind, along with heavy rain. Storms end early Sunday morning, then turning very cold. Temperatures fall into the 30s and low 40s Sunday afternoon.
