A very warm day, but changes are ahead... A mix of sun and clouds today and mild with afternoon highs near 80 degrees! An isolated shower or storm is possible, but most spots remain dry.
We have some quick changes ahead beginning tomorrow... Rain and storms increase Thursday in advance of a cold front; widespread severe weather is unlikely, but a few strong storms are possible that will be capable of producing gusty straight line wind and hail. Temperatures reach the low to middle 70s ahead of the front, then cooler air arrives tomorrow night and Friday after the front passes.
While the core of the cold will remain northeast of us, temperatures fall into the low 40s Friday morning, then struggle to reach the middle 60s during the day, despite a good supply of March sunshine.
We're projecting lows in the upper 30s Saturday morning, followed by a nice warming trend; highs return to the middle to upper 60s Saturday afternoon, then upper 70s to near 80 by Sunday! And YES, we are expecting a rain free weekend, featuring lots of sunshine and low humidity!
