A cold, frosty morning with temperatures in the 20s at most locations. Warmer this afternoon, but still below average with highs in the 50s. Clouds increase today as moisture returns in advance of a disturbance that will bring rain and a few storms tonight into Sunday; on average, we're expecting one half to one inch of rain through noon Sunday. A few strong storms are possible in South Mississippi, but the severe threat is low. The pattern remains unsettled into next week, featuring additional opportunities for rain.
